The duties of the Procurement Officer are to oversee the ordering, storing, receiving and distributing process of the Santee Sioux Nation products and supplies. The Procurement Officer controls the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking analyzing inventory, and developing protocols for loss mitigation. The Procurement Officer utilizes a tagging system for all major items purchased and received by the tribal programs.
